Identity of Wife

Some researchers believe that the wife of Absolom Chenowith was a Ruth Morgan, but records in Berkeley County, Virginia show her as Ruth Gaddis, a daughter of William Gaddis and Priscilla Bowen. [Magazine of Virginia Genealogy, Vol. 48 (2010), No. 1.
