  3. Source:Wadsworth, Mary Jane Fry. Wadsworth Family in America, p. 177, says Abigail "m. Andrew Boardman, brother of Ruth Boardman". This appears to be a misreading of the will of Benjamin Wadsworth where he directed that Andrew Boardman be treated as a natural brother in distribution of his estate. That wouldn't need to happen if Andrew had truly married his sister. Further records show Andrew Boardman m. 1697 Elizabeth Tuesdall. Meanwhile the Milton records show that Abigail Wadsworth m. 1689 Thomas Davis, had a daughter Abigail in 1690. An Abigail Davis d. in Milton in 1723. A deed in 1715, Abigail Davis, grandchild of Samuel Wadsworth, sells land, calling her mother deceased, and as neither the mother Abigail the daughter are named in her brother Benjamin's will, 1723 appears to be the death of the daughter.
