1 JAMES2 SNOW (Richard1), born say 1643; died probably in Lancaster, Mass., between 28 January 1708/9 and 8 July 1709, the writing and proving of his will married there about 1670 SARAH2 JAQUITH, born in the 1640s, living 1708/9 when she is named in her husband's will, daughter of ABRAHAM1 and ANN (JORDAN) JAQUITH. Sarah received one eight part of her father's woodland in Woburn. James was also provided for in the will of his father, who bequeathed him three parcels of land and rights in timber ownership in Woburn. James died in his sixties less than a year after he wrote his will, suffering from "frailty and Infirmity."
Will:"...Item I Give unto My Daughter Mary Snow five pounds to be paid her out of my personall estate: to my Daughter Abigail Laking I give fourty shillings; to my Daughter Lydia Butler I give thirty Shillings; to My Daughter Sarah Stow I give twenty Shillings all to be paid out of My personall estate"

ABIGAIL, born in Woburn, Mass., 2 May 1674; died after 1726; married say 1700 ABRAHAM LAKIN, born in Groton, Mass., 11 September 1667, died between 13 September 1743 when his father's estate was settled, and 1747 when the "heirs" of Abraham Lakin were mentioned in the estate of nephew Jonathan Lakin, son of William and Lydia (Brown) Lakin.
