    Abigail Kimball(2) (Richard(1)) was born in Rattlesden, Suffolk, England and died in Salisbury, MA, 17 June 1658. She married, in England, John Severans, who died 9 Apr 1682, in Salisbury. John Severans was "of Ipswich" in 1636; and received land in Salisbury, MA, in the "first division," 1639, '40 and '54. He was licensed to keep the "ordinary" in 1662, 1663, and later. He was first styled a planter, afterwards a victualler and vintner. Abigail is not mentioned in the list of passengers with the others of her family, on the Elizabeth. She was in the prime of life at the time of her death. John Severans married, 2nd, 2 Oct 1663, Susanna, the widow of Henry Ambrose.
