Elizabeth Kimball, b. about 1621 (aged 13 on 30 April 1634 [Hotten 281]); named in her father's will of 5 March 1674/5, possibly married. … In the passenger list of the Elizabeth of Ipswich on 30 April 1634, Elizabeth Kimball, aged 13, is included in the list of children dependent on Thurston Rayner {1634, Watertown} [Hotten 281]. The age is right for the daughter of that name of Richard Kimball, named in her father's will and that of he grandfather Henry Scott. She may well have been put out as a servant to the family of Thurston Rayner, which may in turn indicate that the two families were connected in some way prior to 1634.
