This Elizabeth Did Not Marry Samuel Eastman

"Contrary to both the Severance genealogy and The (Kimball) History, this Elizabeth did not mary Samuel Eastman of Salisbury. Neither Elizabeth given in the Salisbury, MA, records is shown as having reached adulthood. The Kimball Family News carried several articles by Stephen P. Sharples correcting this mistake. Hoyt also indicates that Samuel Eastman did, in fact, marry Elizabeth Scriven."[2]
