Image Information
From Hexham, Northumberland, England. Parish Registers of Hexham, 1579-1940, FHL film 991801 item 3, entry for 19 Feb 1707 (old-style calendar): "John son of John Chatt of Myar House, Wst: Robert Forster of Hasleywell(?), Wm Todd of Dotland, & Elizh Chatt." The witness Elizabeth Chatt may be the wife of Thomas Chatt in Dotland. It is interesting to note that only some entries identify the father as "of someplace", while others just give a profession.
