Parish Registers of Hexham, 1579-1940, FHL film 991801 item 3, entry for 9 April 1708: "John son of John Chatt do Myar House", where the "do" (ditto) may refer to occupation, same as entry above, which was "curryr" (a tanner of leather hides), and "Myar House" (also "Mire House") being a farm just south of the Whitley Chapel.
