Wouldn't it be better to find some way to collectively find the most accurate information for William Andrews & Margaret Woodward ? Rather than put up a No Merge message, have you tried leaving a note on the other page ? Also, if it is basically unattended, the conflicting information can be changed to better match this one, in preparation for a merge.
