October 17th 1842. Entered the Intention of Marriage between Mr William B. Pittsley of Freetown and Miss Hannah Chubbuck of Rochester.
↑ Hannah Chubbuck is named in the death records of several of her children. Her marriage record to David Bumpus identifies her father as Nathaniel Chubbuck of Wareham. Beware of the confusion with another couple Family:William Pittsley and Hannah Unknown (1). They appear to be the same couple, but their children as named in the 1850 census differ somewhat. So it may be a different couple, or an error by the census taker?
