    "Mr W.G. McDowell and Miss Alice Bannerman were married yesterday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock at the residence of the bride's mother, Mrs L.M. Bannerman, 133 West Deadrick avenue, Rev. Angus McDonald officiating. The bride is a very attractive and lovable young lady, and is possessed of many graces that constitute true womanhood. The groom is a popular flagman on the M & O railroad, and is quite popular among his friends. They are home to their friends at 133 Deadrick avenue."
