    On the 10th day of September in the year of our Lord 1875, William Lewis Cook, bachelor, of legal age, son of R.A. Cook carpenter and joiner of the township of Sutton and county of Brome and Huldah E. Wallace his wife of the one part, and Esther H. Olmsted, spinster, a minor, but having her parents consent, daughter of Alden Olmsted, farmer of the township of Sutton and county of Brome and Harriet Jackman his wife of the other part, having duly obtained License were joined together in the Holy Estate of Matrimony in presence of Subscribing witnesses by me R. Robinson. Parties [signed]: W. Lewis Cook & Esther H. Olmsted. Witnesses [signed]: Harriet Robinson & Annie L. Robinson.
