In 1870 the only Buringames in Essex County are Eliza, age 23, is living in Moriah with Louisa Burlingame, 27. They are a separate family/same household as Caroline (Fish) and Merrit Willard, and near neighbors of the family in 1875.

In 1880, there is a series of households:

• Oley Burlingame 20 NY, par b. NY, Emily 18 (wife), Abigale 38 (sister) [cannot read/write] [Oley = Albert?]
• Peter Burlingame 22 NY, par NY, Louisa 19 NY (wife); Frank 16 NY (brother). [Peter = Squire?]

In the 1892 New York state census,

• Albert Burlingame, age 36, is living alone in Moriah
• Lucius R., age 48, is living with his family in Moriah (wife Mary, children age 4-17)
• Peter, age 42, is living alone in Moriah.

In the 1905 New York state census

• Albert Burlingame, age 43, living in Crown Point (Essex Co)
