Obituary

Unidentified, undated newspaper obituary: The little twin babies, Lawrence and Florence, born prematurely last Friday morning to Mr. and Mrs. Vern E. Sloan, ten miles southeast of Cameron passed away at 3 o'clock and 7 o'clock respectively, Saturday afternoon, after only a few short hours on the threshold of life, when their spirits returned to the Heavenly Father, who always cares for these little ones and places them before his disciples as examples of the perfect ones. "In heaven have found a place, And ever more, 'their angels,' Behold the Father's face." The little bodies, which were too frail for life here, were prepared for burial by O. A. Moore and a short service was held at the grave-side in Graceland cemetary at 3:30 p.m. yesterday by Rev. W. E. Barksdale of Mirabile. Neighbors and friends extend sympathy to the parents in the loss of their first born.
