  1.   I believe the birth recorded here for Anton is in for the son of Jacob and Maria Anna (aka Anna). They arrived on the Catteaux Wattel 1855. Jacob's brother, Valentin (married to Maria) arrived on the Wilhelmsburg also in 1855.
    Jacob and family moved immediately to the Clarence, whereas Valentin and family moved first to the manning, then late to the Clarence.
    Both brothers had sons Jacob and Anton, creating much confusion.
