According to FamilySearch, the possible parents of Joseph Lapsley and any other probable siblings, are Samuel Lapsley and Margaret Irvine, who were supposedly married prior to abt. 1715, but there are no records or sources for this information listed. Additional research is necessary to prove any relationships.
