CORNELIUS and this shall be your sufficent authority for so doing. Given under my hand and seal this 12th day of July A.D. 1876. J. W. The State of Alabama } Blount County } Know all Men by these presents, that we THOMAS D. PEARSON and THOMAS B. SIMS are held and firmly bound unto the State of Alabama in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, to the which payment, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 12th day of July 1876. The condition of the above obligation is such, that if there be no legal cause to obstruct the Marriage of THOMAS D. PEARSON and RACHEL C.
