    Dated 22 Nov 1676, acknowledged 3 May 1678, from "Thomas Clarke Sen'r of Boston in the Colony of the Massathusetts [sic] in New England Shop-keeper" to "my loving Son Thomas Clarke", to "my daughter Leah Baker wife of Thomas Baker", to "my daughter Elizabeth Stevens".

    link 25 Oct 1698 Leah Baker of Boston, widow and Nathaniel Byfield of Boston, merchant, whereas land purchased by Thomas Clark, Shopkeeper, Boston dec'd of Usal Wardell; did give grant to his daughter Elizabeth Stephens (afterwards Bligh) and unto the heirs of her body to be divided equally between his heirs, whereas the sd Elizabeth Stephens alias Bligh departed this life leaving no issue of her body.. the estate became the property of the sd Leah Baker and Deborah the wife of sd Nathaniel Byfield the two surviving children of the before named Thomas Clarke.
