    Prosper Girouard, son of Honore and of Marie Josephe Teriot, native of Acadie and resident of the parish of Plelin, diocese of St. Malo on the one hand and Marie Dugas, daughter of Paul ans of deceased Marie Bouderot, also native of Acadie and resident of this parish on the other hand, have been united in marrriage by words of present and have received the nuptial benediction by me undersigned Rector, after the three canonical banns both in this parish and in that of Plelin without any opposition; the ceremony made in this Church the fourteenth day of February 1764, in the presence of the said Paul Dugas, Honore Girouard, fathers of the bride and groom; Jean Baptiste Hebert and Jacques Douaron, relatives of the bride and groom, who have said not knowing how to sign and several others have signed:
