  4. "Paul Eugene Adelsperger married Mary Bell King. She was the older sisterof Alma (Ella) King who married Sylvester A Kimmett (two of mygrandparents). They had two children. Their daughter, Gloria Kimmett wasmy mom. Since Paul and Mary Adelsperger had no children, as niece, mymom was always very close and moved into the roll of adult care taker asPaul and Mary aged. Paul died first, leaving everything to his wifeMary. When Aunt Mary died, she left everything to my mom. We have a fewinteresting old things, but nothing that precedes Uncle Paul and AuntMary on the Adelsperger side. And unfortunately no pictures of anyone onthe Adelsperger side other than those of Uncle Paul. All that I reallyknow of anyone else in that family is "folk legend". Uncle Paul'ssister, (originally I thought there was only one.. but now I see itcould be one of several.. (Delilah was born at the turn of the centuryand would be in her 20's during the Roaring Twenties...She is a likelycandidate) was an "Isadora Duncan" type and when old enough, ran off toNew York city and lived in a circle of artists and poets and actors...much like La Bohem. I think the family was both a bit scandalized thatthis happened.. and envious that she went off to live such aninteresting life. That is about all I know of it." -from John Scheiber
