They are most likely the Patrick McEnery and Margaret Shanahan who married on 30 January 1898 in Jersey City.

According to the 1910 Census, they were living in Manhattan, at 108 East 118th Street. Patrick was the manager of a grocery store.

He immigrated in 1888, and was, by that time, naturalized. He may be the 17-year-old Patrick McEnery who arrived aboard the Adriatic on 28 April 1888.

In 1920, after Patrick's death, they are living at 314 127th St. in Manhattan. She immigrated in 1897 and was naturalized in (1908? the handwriting is difficult to read.)

In 1958, Margaret was living at 1405 Walton Ave., Bronx. She (or her daughter) wrote to “Lucy [Donnelly McEnery] and family” on the death of Joseph McEnery (1949) and mentions “My sister (Mrs. Hogan)” and David.
