Eva and Norris obviously were divorced. Where Eva is after the 1910 census would probably depend on whether she remarried or not. Norris had.

Addendum: Records indicate that Norris was married to his supposed first wife, Margaret / Maggie, from the time of his marriage in 1888 until at least the 1930 census record on which both of them appear. Maggie died in 1933, therefore, it is relatively safe to assume that they were married until her death. Eva likely married Norris after this time, but a record indicating the date of marriage has yet to be acquired.
