To any of the Judges of said State, Winnie Bailey } any Justice of the Peace of said County or any other person authorized these are to authorities for or either of you to Solemnize the rites of matrimony between Nathan Jones and Winny Bailey of said County, agreeably to the Statutes in such case made provided, given at the office of the Clerk of the County Court of said County this 28th day of March 1840.
