    Nathan Fay
    Males: 16+:1 0-15: 2
    Females: 4
[Note: based on marriage in Cummington, this seems a good match. Other Nathan Fays in 1790 in Southboro MA has too many children for a person m. 1682 (11 people in household), in Marlborough NH the same (11 people in household), and the one in Williston VT is Nathan Fay, s/o John Fay of Bennington, and his wife Mary Safford.]

    Nathan Fay
    Males: 0-9: 1 10-15: 0 16-24: 1 25-44: 1 45+:0
    Females: 0-9: 3 10-15: 3 16-24:0 25-44: 0 45+:1
[Note: Buckland is now in Franklin County. See also the 1790 comments. This is considerably at odds with the nominal information presented on some websites, e.g., here indicating all children born in Vermont, but shows a father under 45 and a mother over 45 which is a characteristic that wouldn't match many families. The number of males and females agrees if Joanna is assumed to be counted, and Perrin's death is accounted for. The Nathan Fay in Richmond, VT, has the wrong number of children, i.e., 3 males under 10, 2 more under 16, and only 2 daughters.]
