Martin Lewis MOSSHAMMER

was born on 14 Sep 1854 at Angola, Steuben Co., Indiana.  On 6 Jul 1883 at the age of 28 Martin Lewis Mosshammer married Nettie Keller age 22, daughter of John H Keller and Ursula Hauser.  He died on 15 Dec 1929 at age 75 more information: heart attack. Also have Dec 13, 1939 from WorldConnect.

    He appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Charlestown twp., Clark Co., Indiana, in the household of his parents Rev. John Peter Mosshammer and Elizabeth Mosshammer, he was age 15.  

Between 1910 and 1920 Martin's occupation was as a farmer at Olive twp., Creek Co., Oklahoma.

    Martin Lewis Mosshammer appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Olive twp., Creek Co., Oklahoma, enumerated 19 Apr 1910, he is age 67, widowed and owns his farm with a mortgage. Living with him is one adult daughter, Bessie. Note: I have death date for wife as 1911.  

    Martin Lewis Mosshammer appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Olive twp., Creek Co., Oklahoma, enumerated 28 Jan 1920, owns his farm. He is widowed and has no other person living with him.

    Nettie KELLER was born on 2 Mar 1861 at Ohio.  She died on 5 May 1911 at age 50.
