BE IT REMEMBERED that on the twenty fourth day of July un the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five, Luther Day and Emily Spalding were legally joined in marriage by competent authority, in conformity, to the provisions of the statutes of the State of Ohio, in such cases made and provided; and a certificate of such marriage; signed by Robert G. Levy Rector of St. Pauls Church Akron who solemnized the same, has been filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court of common pleas, for said County of Summit this twenty third day of February Anno domoni one thousand eight hundred and forty six.
