Joseph Mory and his wife Sarah have agreed to part. Sarah shall keep children under age with her. Sarah agreeing to consult her father (who?) about binding them or putting them out (to trades). Mary (Sarah) gives up all right of 1/3 to her husband Joseph.

Joseph Mory and Sarah Mory have agreed to part to dwell assunder. Sarah gets 2 beds, beadsted, cords & all bed clothing, pot, kettle, etc. Wife all control over children under age and some money.
