  2.   LAND:
    -7 Jul 1725 Sarah Mory of Westerly widow for £500 to Caleb Hazard of South Kingstown, yeoman, 18 acres in South Kingstown until Sarah's 4 sons, viz: Robert Mory, Joseph Mory, Benjamin Mory & Roger Mory reach the age of 21. There is an obligation of Caleb Hazard of South Kingstown, yeoman -- he is bound unto the said Sarah Mory in the sum of £500. If the 4 sons deed the 18 acres in South Kingstown, he the bound Caleb Hazard will give deed to 2 tracts of land in Westerly which said Sarah Mory conveyed to said Caleb Hazard: 58 acres + 7 acres. dated & ack 6 May 1730, recorded 11 Sep 1731.
