One share of the division of the estate of Susannah's brother Thomas Richmond, dated 6 Mar 1706/07 was given to "Susanah Reed the wife of James Reed of Middlebury in the County of Plimouth", among others. The administrator of the estate was the father of Thomas and Susannah, namely John Richmond of Taunton.
