Isles Cooper b 1697 in York Co., VA. first married Susannah Sanders at St Peter's Parish, New Kent Co., VA. in 1717. Susannah was b 1700 New Kent Co., VA. In 1718 their son John was born in New Kent Co., VA. After a few years of marriage, Isles deserted Susannah and John, and never obtained a divorce or whatever it was classified as at that time.

He next married Elizabeth Unknown. She is the Mother of John Cooper b 1730 and Elizabeth Cooper b 1728. Elizabeth died within a couple of years after John's birth.

He then married Widow Sarah Wilson, they didn't have children together.
