Utica Daily Press, 7 May 1913: GIVES ALL TO WIFE-TO-BE Among the deeds filed with the county clerk yesterday was this unusual document, witnessed by Attorney George J. Skinner of Camden: "Whereas I am about to be married to Viola Potts of Amboy N.Y., now, therefore, in consideration thereof, I hereby deed and convey to said Viola Potts the use, income and control of all my property both real and personal, of which I am the owner at the time of my death, during her lifetime and at her death the same shall go to my children, including any born of said marriage. In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 2d of March 1912". - Horace W. Collins.
