1910 census indicates Henry and Minnie were married 40 years, which would place their marriage in 1860, well before the death of his first wife Frederike in 1893. In addition, we have an 1880 census where Henry and Frederike are living together as husband and wife. I wonder if the census taker mistook 14 for 40? If they were married 14 years, that would place their marriage about 1896, much more feasible. Look for their 1900 census. Found: says married 25 years...

1910 census also indicates no children.
