Family:George Brazier and Sophia Worbey (1)

Dorothy Ellen Brazier, known as Ellen, or Nell, was born in 1886, although the family always gave her birthdate as 27th June 1888 to try to cover up the fact that they did not marry until Ellen was 2 years old. Ellen went into service at around 13 years of age, and in 1901 the census shows her at Delamere Farm in Great Wymondley working as a domestic servant to the Hailey family.
