IMPORTANT: I have not yet confirmed that the Abigail St. John, descendant of emigrating Matthias St. John is the woman who married Frederick HILL. I am still trying to confirm that.

January 2005: Ridgefield, CT town clerk did search for their 1778 marriage without luck.
