Elmer S. Heidy, 76, died Sunday, September 11, in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Scott Thorley of Dellroy, following an illness of several months. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Surviving besides his widow, Mary Olive, are two sons, Donald of Dellroy and Ralph of Sherrodsville; three grandchildren and four brothers, John, Ross and Alfred of Carrollton and James of Canton. Services were held Tuesday afternoon in the Thorley home, Rev. William M. Miller of the M. E. Church officiating. Interment was in Leavittsville Cemetery.
