Per family registry, family emigrated in 1847. Last child born 25 April 1847, so it's difficult to believe they were part of the April 1847 emigration; that said, they did settled in a town where other April 1847 emigres settled.

2. Johannes/John, b 13 Sep 1834; married after 1850 (when still single with parents) and remained in Duchoquet, farming; there as late as 1880
3. Erhard, b 24 Aug 1837; in 1850 census with parents; married and remained in Duchoquet, farming; there as late as 1880 (when widowed mother living with him)
4. Elias, b 27 Jan 1840; in 1850 census with parents; served in Company G, Ohio Infantry; appears to have married and relocated to Illinois from which he and then his widow applied for invalid/widow pensions
5. Maria, b 29 Aug 1841; in 1850 census
6. Agatha, b 26 Jul 1844; not in 1850 census; deceased?
7. Paulus, b 8 Dec 1845; not in 1850 census; deceased?
8. Christian, b 25 Apr 1847; in 1850 census;
9. Agatha, b abt 1849 Ohio; in 1850 census

1850: Duchouquet, Auglaize OH, a few lines down from a Catherine Burk, old enough to be his mother?

1860: should be in Duchouquet; not easily found. State census record indicates teh 1860 page should be 622, but not found on a page-by-page search. (Son Elias is found in Wapakoneta, p645)

1870: Duchouquet, Auglaize, Ohio, Wapakoneta PO; page 2. Farming. Living with him is wife, Argatha, son Erhard (Ahart) who is recently married to Rosanna, with two children. Enumerated immediately above is son John with wife and children.

1880: wife Agatha is widowed, living with son Erhard (in Auglaize, OH).
