Petition of Davis White to appoint Larkin Thornburgh as Guardian for the Minor Children of Joseph Elliott.

Joseph Elliott was Gulielma's first husband. The Minor children are hers. I interpret this to mean that Gulielma has died and that Davis doesn't want to be responsible for the children. Larkin Thornburgh was a local lawyer and he did handle the children's affairs until their majority.
