That he has recd. for Lydia Elliott $849.25 & files vouchers that are allowed to $341.04 leaving balance due said Lydia of $508.21. that he received for Kezia Elliott $958.75 & files vouchers that are allowed to $844.37 - leaving balance due said Kezia of $114.38 & that he has received for Francis Elliott $941.43 & files vouchers which are allowed amounting to $193.75 leaving a balance still due said Francis of $747.68.   9. ↑ Larkin Thornburgh Guardian of Francis Elliott and Lydia Smith, late Elliott, minor heirs of Joseph Elliott decd. on settlement with said Francis Elliott files his account current by which he charges himself with the sum of $917.69 and also files vouchers which are examined and allowed by the Court amounting to $831.28 which leaves balance of $86.44 due said ward at this time. And account with the said Lydia charges himself with the sum of $568.00 and files vouchers which are examined and allowed by the court amounting to $417.95 which leaves a balance due the said Lydia of $150.00 at the settlement by her said guardian. pd
