Obituary, 17 April 1955, no newspaper cited Clark S. Pattison, aged 84, of 210 Sumner Avenue, died at the residence at 5 PM Sunday unexpectedly, although he had been in failing health. Born in this city January 26, 1871, he was the son of William S. Pattison and Rebecca Stevenson Pattison. He was a retired motorman for the old New Castle Electric Street Railways. His wife, Margaret E. Winter Pattison died in 1934. Mr. Pattison was a member of the Third Presbyterian Church. Surviving are one daughter Mrs. G. Wilfred Thomas, this city, three brothers, JRA Pattison, Lakeland, FL, Ralph A Pattison, Clairton, PA, Russell J Pattison, Niles, OH, 2 granddaughters, and six great grandchildren. Services will be held 2:30 PM Tuesday from the John R. Hodge Funeral Home, Wallace Avenue in charge of Dr. J.Paul Graham. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery, The family will meet friends at the funeral Home today from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and until service time on Tuesday. |
