link The division of the estate of John Proctor of Canterbury included a widow Sarah Adams wife of David Adams Late widow & relict to sd Proctor dec'd, Hannah and Esther daughters of the dec'd.

  2.   The last two digits of their marriage are missing from vital records. The exact date could probably be determined by carefully looking at the dates in the various pages of the probate record linked above. I have not taken the time to do so. John Proctor died 18 May 1743. The division date was 24 Mar 1748/9 and his widow is called Sarah Adams. 27 Feb 1749/50 David Adams claimed his share in right of his wife Sarah Adams. So they were married sometime between Nov 1743 and Nov 1747. Actually Canterbury Church Records says 1746!
  3.   I believe the Church records lists the marriage with no date, as last in a group of undated marriages falling between 20 Oct 1746 and 17 Nov 1748. Since it is the last in the group, 5 Nov 1748 would not be inconsistent. Undated in the same order is the way it is shown in Source:Canterbury, Windham, Connecticut, United States. Records of the Congregational Church in Canterbury, Connecticut, 1711- 1844, p. 168 ([1], image 181), also Source:Bailey, Frederic W. Early Connecticut Marriages as Found on Ancient Church Records Prior to 1800 Vol. 2, p. 123. The original Canterbury record here lists it between a marriage that Barbour calls "1743?" but could be 1742, and before a marriage 3 Feb 1750/51. The third digit is partially there, the last one completely missing.
