WeRelate:Suggestions/Move Person: pages to mainspace

This is further to the discussion here. Restating the rationale:

"One think that I do think we should do before moving out of beta - although I appreciate it is a massive job - is to move all entries in the "Person" namespace to the main namespace. Having the main thing we do in a separate namespace doesn't make sense to me - it's a bit like all Articles on Wikipedia being named "Article:Something" rather than just "Something". At the moment the main namespace is filled with just a few random project pages - suggest these are moved to "Project:" or something like that."
