WeRelate:Suggestions/Allow user to empty and remove a tree

Suggestion

Allow users to remove trees from their list of "My Trees". This would effectively unlink all pages from the tree and then delete the empty tree. No WeRelate pages would be deleted.

This allows users to re-organize their trees without having old tree names hang around.

Note that a workaround for this is to manually remove pages from the tree and then merge the tree with another "My Tree".
