Samuel Bentley [19 June 2009]

"Newport, Nova Scotia--A Rhode Island Township" by John Victor Duncanson (1985) p.104 suggests that Rachel Barron ,wife of Alexander Barron and Elizabeth Stripe, wife of John Peter Stripe may have been daughters of Samuel Bentley b. 1761 since they signed as heirs of William Bentley in a deed to Philip Smith. The William Bentley would have been the father of Samuel. Samuel Bentley was born 24 July 1761 in South Kingstown, Rhode Island (South Kingstown, Rhode Island Town Meeting Book 1723-1800 [FHLC # 931840] p.145. This birth date for Samuel Bentley does not fit with the ages given for others on this page.--Frexdit 00:04, 19 June 2009 (EDT)

Hi. WeRelate has a policy against pages for living individuals (except notable persons). I notice that your tree has 27 pages for living individuals. If these people have died since you entered their information, please enter the appropriate information. Otherwise, I plan to remove these pages in the near future, as part of a general cleanup of living individuals.
