Bible [19 June 2008]

Hi my name is Dawn Weatherwax I found your post on the family bible and I am curious and would like more information. I am a Weatherwax and new to genealogy but have much information on the Weatherwax family.

Henry and Catherine Snyder Descendents [1 March 2014]

Hi,

I am a direct descendent of this line as well. My grandmother was Ellen Snyder, daughter of Bert Snyder, son of Gilbert Wesley Snyder, who was the son of Henry Snyder and Catherine Winegard.

Anyway, I have some information...Gilbert Snyder married Sarah Ellen Brazie, and had sons Frank, Willie, Bert and Delmar. Delmar stayed on the farm in New York, while the others wandered a bit. Bert ended up homesteading in Chadron, Nebraska, and it was there that my grandmother Ellen was born.

I have a lot of this on my family tree on Ancestry, if you are still interested...
