Here are some suggestions that will help your research and help cousins find you,

• Fellow researchers may have info on your line in the surrounding area. Using the state (in the US) or country (in europe) increases the chance of connection. There is a handy tutorial at My Relate tutorial.

• If you want to use the county, will be easier for people to find you if you enter "County" instead of "Co." There are place pages for each of the US counties, such as Place:Madison County, Arkansas.

• You could put a link to your article on the appropriate name page by adding [[Johnston|Arkansas]] to the bottom of the text portion of the Johnston page. Then people looking at the Johnston page will see your article.

Licensing

Hi, WeRelate will feature ancestor pages in a few weeks and GEDCOM uploads about December, 2006. Ancestor pages will make posting biographies very simple. This has brought up some licensing issues.
