I enjoy family history and want to share info with other family historians.

As well as filling in missing branches of my family tree, I'm searching for the birth parents of my late husband, Alan Jay REVITS, who was put up for adoption at birth in Montreal, Quebec, Canada 16 Sep 1951.
He died 7 Jul 2003, leaving me and our 3 grown sons with half their heritage.
His adoptive Mother, Lee COHEN REVITS died 14 Nov 2006. Her husband Murray died in 1992.
On Christmas Day 2003, Lee told me that Alan was the son of a married woman who was the mother of a little girl under age 5. She put him up for adoption after separating from her husband, who was not Jewish. Max LEINER, Lee's Canadian cousin, brokered the deal.
But Lee refused to say more or give any names. The only name on Al's Canadian papers is
Dorothy Weinberg.
I'm hoping some kind soul reading this page might know something they'd be willing to share.
