I would like to share information with anyone working on the Rolader family tree. I and my immediate family have lived in Texas in the DFW area since 1960. I have siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, living in the North Georgia and Atlanta area. My father is deceased and his name is John Garlan Rolader. He was born in Winder, Ga. His mother is also deceased and her name was Bessie Rolader. His father, also deceased was Arthur Rolader. My mother is also deceased and her maiden name was Florence Lucile Holland.n She was born in Fort Payne, Ala. Her grandparents were the Howells who lived in and around Rockmart, Rome and Aragon Georgia. Her father was Charlie Holland who worked at the cotton mill in Aragon. Most of us grew up in and around Rockmart, Georgia and we lived in Smyrna, Douglasville, and Cartersville at various times. We were sharecroppers thus we lived in many places. I am just starting the family tree. Any help would be most appreciated.
