In the name of God Amen I Robert Walker of Peters Township Franklin County State of Pennsylvania being at this time very much in--- yet of sound memory and judgement but remembering that it is appointed for all men to die doth make this my last will and testament in following that is to say

First - I give and bequeath to my executors hereafter to be appointed full power to have my body interred in a ? and becoming manner and after paying my funeral expenses and all my legal debts do ? the residule of my estate in the following manner both real and ?

I give and bequeath to my well beloved sons Andrew Walker Robert Walker John Walker and Samuel Walker one dollar each- I give and bequeath to my well beloved daughers Margaret Kerr and Sarah Kerr ten pounds each. I give and bequeath to the heirs of my daugher Jean Thorn Deceased the sum of twenty four pounds to be equally divided and paid as they arrive of age. I give and bequeath to my beloved Daugher Elizabeth Savage two ? I give and bequeath to my wel beloved daugher Mary Walker the one equal undiveided half part of all my land lying in Peters Township with the ? and ? with half the spring and the old meadow. About six hundred acres be the same more or less- for which I give her the said Mary a deed of conveyance bearing date March third 1789? and also delivered her possession - but should the ? claims of my son Samuel Walker - and my daugher Mary Walke rout of the said land mentioned in the aforsaid conveyance - I then and in that case will and bequeath to my said daughter Mary - Nine Hundred Pounds to be paid to her the said ? out of the bonds whihch I have now in ? in Chamberstown against my son Samuel Walker togother with all my other notes the said Mary Walker agreeable to my intention ? the land mentioned in the above deed of conveyance then and in that case I will and bequeath to her the said Mary Walker only two hundred pounds to be paid out of the money aising out of the abouve mentioned bonds and notes. I further will all my stock of cattle and househould furniture of every description except as before divided unty my said daugher Mary and to her heirs forever - I will and bequeath untio my two grand children James and William sons of my said daughter Maary all of the remainder of my land in Virginia which I have not already conveyed away. I will and bequeath to my grandson Robert Walker son of Samuel Walker twenty pounds to be paid him when of age- And after the above ? is made ? to any of my ? remain it shall be equally divided between grandchildren not mentioned n this my will or ? recieved any part of my estate heretofore- But if my daugher mary is obligated by the ?of the suit for the bonds or the ? above mentioned to take her ? in ? She is to be paid her part in full - to the entire exclusion of all the others divided - excpet one dollar to each - but should their ? ? remain after paying the said Mary- then it si to be divided in proportion between the different ? I do for ? my executor herefater to be mentioned to settle the state now in law for the recovery of the bonds 0 with my son Samuel on the following plan - my son shall give up to them all claims that he pretend to hold to any more than one equal half of hte land that I now live on - together wiht a bond of mine to be paid in cash or land.

And shall pay one half of all office fees and mey daugher Mary to pay the other half an dmy executors shall appoint four ? freeholders on their part. and my son samuel as money on his part and that number eight shall divide the land which is about six hundred acres more or less according to what shall ? equatable to them between my said hchildren Samuel and Mary according to quantity and quality. And I do ? and appoint my ? friends Thomas McDoweell James Chamers and John Moreland all of the said County bo be my Sole Executors of this my loft will and testament0 to execute the same according to the true intent and meaning theroff- in witness I have ? my and seal this thrity first day of January 1792.
