Conta 5 Acrss mor or les One piece where one his house standeth the ends abut against high way Wet the great Riuer East: siding against the land of John Halls South and Georg Hubbert North. [This was Thomas' home lot, and on a present day map of Middletown would be located on the north end of Main Street, east side and extending to the Connecticut River, roughly between Green Street north and Ferry Street south.]

On piece of Medow ground Lying in the long Medow contay: two Acrs and a half more or lese the ends abut against the high way East the land of William Harris west sides against land of Mr brownes South Will: Marcums north

Another piece ling at Woncocke Contaying three Acrs more les the ends abut against the land of Henery Cole and Thomas Alen South the wett swomp & Nath: Bacon North siding against the crooked brooike East: Nath: Bacon: and the swamp west. [Inserted Later] Note: - which land was giuen by the Town for three Accres & 4 rod

One piece of upland, lying in ye Westfeild containing three acres and two thirds, more or lesse abutting upon ye high way East, the townes land South and west Samuel Halls land north
