Williams Township is a township in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. The township is part of the Lehigh Valley metropolitan area, which has a population of 861,899 and is the 68th most populated metropolitan area in the U.S. as of the 2020 census.

The township's population was 6,231 at the 2010 census.

The western entry to the Interstate 78 Toll Bridge, which connects Interstate 78 in eastern Pennsylvania to Phillipsburg, New Jersey in the Lehigh Valley and proceeds to North Jersey, the Holland Tunnel and New York City, is located in Williams Township.
